2025 has been very busy, a lot has happened this year! It’s crazy to think that we are already entering the 2nd half of the 2020s. 2020->2025 somehow both feels like it’s lasted forever and also no time at all. ^ ^; I’d like to take a moment of self reflection to look back on this year and the things I’m proud of. It’d be impossible for me to write about everything that happened this year, so instead I’d like to focus on some personal highlights as well as sharing my plans going forwards into 2026.
Continue Reading…Ever since I got my PS5 in 2021, I’ve found myself constantly going back to my old PS4 instead. Each time I revisit the console, I’ve been feeling that I prefer using my old PS4 to the newer PS5, but so far I’ve been unable to pinpoint exactly why. Instead of stressing about how to properly articulate my thoughts in a structured way, I’ve compiled some poorly organised ramblings about what I dislike about the PS5, and why I still use my PS4 instead.

Together, we made both Flan and the Highway to Hell and March of the Beast, which were submissions for Touhou Fan Game Jam 14 and 東方ゲームジャム2024 respectively. We were unable to work on Touhou Fan Game Jam 15 due to scheduling conflicts, so it had been over a year since we had last worked together as a group. Redi and Jwap had worked together for a project of their own, but me and Ougi weren’t involved with that.

I use Davinchi Resolve 17 to edit. My computer isn’t the strongest, so I’ve always had performance issues with the software. For smaller projects, it’s mostly usable, but once I start adding lots of text and pictures it begins crashing frequently.

It was very popular in my friend group, but we never got to play all together on the same world as we were split between PS3 and Xbox 360 owners for many years. By 2017, we all had moved from PS3/360 to PS4, so we started a new multiplayer Creative mode world, over the next few years, we spent a lot of time playing on it. My PlayStation 4 account reached over 2600 hours played just on Minecraft alone.

Even though I had taught myself basic HTML when I was younger, I hadn’t practiced it since 2016 so I’d forgotten most of it. For years, I was using Twitter as somewhat of a substitute as without money or web development skills, I just assumed that hosting my own website was impossible.
