Progress Update + Announcement
Hello again! It’s been a while, I’ve had a very busy few weeks… T-T
December/January is an extremely busy time for me (as I’m sure it is for most people), and I haven’t had much free time to myself in a while. I’ve posted a few drawings here and there, but not much outside of that.
Now that I have the chance, I’d love to share where I’ve been and what I’ve been working on in my free time. At the end of December 2025, I made the following Twitter post:

This tweet was a soft confirmation of an original RPG game that I’ve been working on recently, based on my own characters and story. Actually, the original concepts for this game have been in the works for a few years now (as mentioned in my New Year’s blog post), but they hadn’t been committed to any sort of serious project just yet.
Well today, I’m happy to announce that…

excuse my little doodle lol
Development on the game has officially begun! I’m developing a narrative-focused RPG that pairs my own characters and story with some unique combat mechanics.
Please note that the project is still in it’s very early stages and I don’t expect the game to be finished any time soon. I’ve worked on a few small gamejam projects in the past, but the scale of this game is something much larger and I still need a lot of time.
However, I’d love to continuously reveal exciting information about the project each time I’m ready to share something new. As of right now, I’ve worked out the gameplay structure, the characters, and most of the important story moments, but there’s still quite a few fine details that need some work.
I’m also working with a talented composer who’s worked on many other popular indie games! I’ll keep who it is a secret for now, as to not spoil the surprise. ;)
For now, I want to keep working on my drawing ability. I’m still a newcomer who’s constantly improving and learning new things. I’m not ready to commit my drawings to a full scale project yet and, even if I were, the rate at which I am currently learning and improving causes pretty major differences in how my drawings look every month.
With my drawing ability continuously evolving, it would be impossible for me to keep the quality of the drawings within the game consistent. I’m going to keep practicing and wait until I feel more steady in my ability to draw at a consistent quality. In the meantime I’ll continue working on the other aspects of the game and sharing things once I am ready to.
I hope to share some detail about the characters and the world of the game soon! This project means a lot to me and I hope that some of my own personality can shine through it. ^ ^;
